lean ground white-meat turkey

small zucchini, grated

Directions
- Combine lean ground white-meat turkey, scallions, garlic, zucchini, egg white, mint, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Shape into four 1/2-inch-thick patties.
- Cook in a nonstick skillet in olive oil on medium until cooked through.
- While burgers cook, combine tomato, sweet onion, olive oil, and feta for tomato-feta relish.
- Serve on whole-wheat buns with lettuce and tomato-feta relish.
